Noumea

This morning we had a very early departure from Melbourne (7:10 am!) to Brisbane, where we connected with a flight to Noumea.

We had a very nice trip, arriving in Noumea around lunchtime. Our driver met us at the airport and took us to Le Meridien, where we’ll be spending the next few days.

We settled in to our room and then headed out for a walk in the afternoon.

We had a nice dinner in the hotel before retiring to bed. We have no plans for tomorrow, other than to do some exploring in the town.
