After a good sleep last night, we were refreshed and ready to explore Noumea today. We started off with a nice breakfast in the hotel (although the hotel had hosted a wedding last night so there were a lot of people lined up to have breakfast this morning!).

After breakfast we walked along the beach and watched the wind-surfers who were revelling in the high winds off the tail end of a cyclone in the area.

We enjoyed walking around the town although the winds were still extremely strong, which made it a bit tricky.

We decided to have an early dinner and we found a very nice seafood restaurant called Le Roof, which was perched over the water.

After dinner, we had a nice walk back to the hotel.

Tomorrow we are just going to be doing more exploring in the town.
