After an offensively early departure from Melbourne this morning we landed in Dubai after a flight of about 12 hours. We had a quick shower before boarding our connecting flight to London.

We landed in London around 6:00pm but it was about 8:00pm by the time we got through the London traffic and checked into our hotel, The Connaught. We opted for room service rather than heading out.

We have no specific plans for tomorrow so we’ll just see what the day brings.
