Today we flew out of Melbourne, bound for Longreach, on our way to Hayman Island, with our friends Peter and Joy.

We had a nice flight and got into Longreach late morning, in plenty of time for the guided tour of the Qantas Museum.

We enjoyed the tour around Longreach and we learned a lot about the history of Qantas.

We then called a taxi to take us into town, where we were staying for the night. We went for a short walk to a local hotel, where we relaxed over a few gin and tonics!

We then walk back to the hotel, where we enjoyed a nice dinner before retiring to bed after a fun day.
