We got downstairs by 9:00 am this morning, and we enjoyed a very nice breakfast.

We left the hotel just before 10:00 pm for the drive to Valencia Airport. We dropped off the car, and headed in to the terminal to check in for our 1:00 pm Lufthansa flight to Frankfurt.

We relaxed for a little while in the lounge before heading to the gate to board our flight.

The flight was very pleasant. We had a nice lunch on board, while taking in the beautiful views of the Swiss Alps.

We landed in Frankfurt just after 3:30 pm, collected our luggage from the baggage carousel, and walked to the Hilton Frankfurt Airport Hotel. We checked in and went up to our room, where we relaxed for a while before considering a final re-pack of our suitcases before the flight home.

Around 5:00 pm, we went out for a walk in the terminal, and picked up a coffee at Starbucks to keep us going before dinner. When it got to about 9:00 pm, we decided to head downstairs and get some dinner. We had a very nice meal in the hotel’s restaurant.

Tomorrow, we’re flying down to Singapore, our last stop on our way back home to Melbourne.
